Ingredients

1 pound fresh strawberries (about 20 large)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored, your choice)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (more to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup crushed nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts, optional)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Strawberries: Rinse the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Use a paring knife to carefully hull each strawberry, creating a hollow space while being careful not to break the skin. Set aside.

Make the Yogurt Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or agave syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth. Taste the mixture; add more sweetener if desired.

Fill the Strawberries: Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each hollowed-out strawberry with the yogurt mixture. Fill them generously but avoid spilling over.

Garnish (Optional): If using, sprinkle the crushed nuts and mini chocolate chips over the filled strawberries for added texture and sweetness. You can also drizzle a little extra honey on top for extra charm.

Freeze: Arrange the stuffed strawberries on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place the tray in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt filling is firm.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the strawberries from the freezer and let them sit for a couple of minutes to soften slightly for easier eating. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired before serving.

Enjoy: Serve as a refreshing dessert or a fun snack that’s perfect for warm weather gatherings!
