2 cups rolled oats

1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup mixed berries jam (strawberry, raspberry, or your favorite flavor)

Optional toppings: chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or mini chocolate chips

Prepare the Oat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. The mixture should be sticky and hold together.

    Form the Bites: Line a mini muffin tin with silicone or paper liners. Take a tablespoon of the oat mixture and press it firmly into each muffin cup. Use your fingers or the back of a spoon to ensure they are tightly packed.

      Add the Jam: Scoop about half a teaspoon of mixed berries jam on top of each oat base. Gently swirl it with a toothpick or the back of a spoon for a marbled effect.

        Freeze the Bites: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are completely frozen.

          Remove and Store: Once frozen, carefully pop the bites out of the muffin tin. You can store them in an airtight container or a freezer bag in the freezer for up to a month.
