Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 banana, sliced

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional, for extra nutrition)

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut (optional, for added flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully mixed and smooth.

Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet (around 9x12 inches) with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, aiming for about 1/4 inch in thickness.

Add Toppings: Evenly distribute the mixed berries and banana slices over the yogurt base. Sprinkle granola, chia seeds, and any optional toppings like chocolate chips or shredded coconut for extra flavor and crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely set.

Break into Pieces: Once fully frozen, remove from the freezer. Lift the yogurt bark out of the baking sheet using the parchment paper. Break into irregular pieces or cut into squares using a sharp knife.

Serve and Enjoy: Enjoy your refreshing frozen yogurt bark immediately, or store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
