Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1/2 cup crushed pretzels

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

A pinch of sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended and smooth.

Fold in the Strawberries: Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to over-mix (you want the berries to maintain some form).

Line a Baking Sheet: Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet or a shallow baking dish. This will make it easier to remove the yogurt bark once it's frozen.

Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Pour the yogurt and strawberry mixture onto the prepared parchment paper. Spread it out into an even layer, about 1/2 inch thick.

Add Crunchy Toppings: Evenly sprinkle the crushed pretzels over the top of the yogurt layer. If you’re using mini chocolate chips, sprinkle those on as well for an extra treat.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt bark freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen solid, remove the bark from the freezer and peel it off the parchment paper. Use a sharp knife or break it into pieces by hand.

Garnish: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of the bark for a delicious contrast. Serve immediately, or store pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for future snacks!
