Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt if preferred)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or granola

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: If using fresh strawberries, wash and hull them, then cut them in half. For mango, either use fresh ripe mango or frozen that has been thawed.

Blend the Yogurt Mixture: In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Coat the Fruit: In a mixing bowl, add the prepared strawberries and mango chunks. Pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit, gently tossing to coat each piece thoroughly.

Prepare the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt-covered fruit onto the prepared sheet. Space them about an inch apart to allow for freezing.

Add Toppings (Optional): If you’d like, sprinkle some optional toppings like shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or granola over the yogurt clusters for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until they are fully solid.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy as a refreshing snack or dessert on a hot day!
