Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup milk (milk of choice, for a dairy-free option use almond or oat milk)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)

Optional toppings: sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and a sticky mixture forms.

Add Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the oat mixture.

Line the Muffin Tin: Line a muffin tin with paper liners or silicone baking cups to make removing the cups easier after freezing.

Fill the Cups: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, evenly distribute the mixture into each muffin cup. Press down gently to compact the mixture.

Add Optional Toppings: If desired, top each cup with sliced bananas, chopped nuts, or shredded coconut for extra flavor and texture.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and allow the oat cups to freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.

Store: Once frozen, remove the oat cups from the muffin tin and store them in an airtight container or freezer bag in the freezer. They can be stored for up to 2 months.

Serve: When ready to enjoy, simply remove a cup from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before enjoying the creamy delight.
