Ingredients

2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

1 cup coconut milk (or Greek yogurt for creaminess)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon lime juice

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: Chopped mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Begin by peeling and cutting the ripe mangos and fresh pineapple into small, uniform pieces. Ensure that you remove any pesky skins or hard cores.

Blend the Mixture: In a blender, combine the diced mango, diced pineapple, coconut milk (or Greek yogurt), honey or agave syrup, lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Fill the Molds: Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing. If you wish to add a decorative touch, drop some finely chopped mint leaves into each mold before filling them.

Insert Sticks and Freeze: If your popsicle molds come with sticks, insert them now. Otherwise, cover the molds with foil and insert wooden sticks through the foil. Place the molds in the freezer.

Freeze Until Solid: Allow the pops to freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid. For best results, overnight freezing is recommended.

Remove from Molds: To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to remove the popsicles.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve your Tropical Bliss Frozen Mango Pineapple Pops immediately. They can be garnished with mint leaves for an extra splash of color and flavor!
