Ingredients

2 cups of mixed frozen fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and mango)

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1/4 cup of granola (for crunch, optional)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Thaw the Fruits: In a mixing bowl, let the frozen fruits sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes to slightly thaw, making them easier to mix.

Prepare Yogurt Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and thoroughly mixed.

Fold in Fruits: Gently fold the slightly thawed mixed fruits into the yogurt mixture, ensuring an even distribution of the fruit within the yogurt.

Scoop and Shape: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon, drop dollops of the yogurt and fruit mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.

Add Granola (Optional): If you desire extra crunch, sprinkle a small amount of granola on top of each yogurt dollop.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 2-3 hours or until the clusters are completely solid.

Serve and Garnish: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra fresh touch.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
