Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Form Rounds: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper, shaping them into small rounds approximately 1-2 inches in diameter. Try to flatten them slightly for even freezing.

      Freeze the Rounds: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze the yogurt rounds for at least 2 hours, or until they are completely firm.

        Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
