Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored, depending on your preference)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup granola (your choice for added crunch)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Berry Mixture: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the frozen berries and a pinch of sea salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries are softened and start to break down. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Blend the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sweetness if desired.

Layering: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, drop dollops of the yogurt mix onto the parchment, spacing them out about 2 inches apart.

Swirl in the Berries: Take a spoonful of the berry mixture and drizzle it over the yogurt dollops. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the berry mixture into the yogurt without fully blending.

Add Granola: Sprinkle granola over each yogurt cluster for added texture and crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt clusters freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the parchment and enjoy them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks!
