1 bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional for a spicy kick)

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Vegetable oil, for frying

Sour cream and salsa, for serving

Prepare the Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and diced jalapeños. Mix until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

    Stuff the Doritos: Take a Nacho Cheese Dorito and carefully spread a small spoonful of the cheese mixture on one side of the chip. Place another Dorito on top to create a sandwich. Gently press the edges to seal the filling inside. Repeat this process until all the cheese mixture is used.

      Set up a Breading Station: In three separate shallow bowls, place the flour in the first, the beaten eggs in the second, and mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder and onion powder in the third.
