Ingredients

1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup spinach, fresh

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Ravioli: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.

Sauté the Garlic and Tomatoes: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add Spinach: Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until wilted.

Make the Cream Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.

Combine Ravioli and Sauce: Gently fold the cooked ravioli into the creamy sauce, allowing it to coat the pasta thoroughly. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.

Serve: Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves for added flavor and presentation.
