Ingredients

1 box brownie mix (family size)

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended.

Add Flour and Seasoning: Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour and salt until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Add Extras: If desired, fold in chocolate chips and nuts to the mixture for added texture and flavor.

Scoop Dough: Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges look set, and the tops are slightly cracked.

Cool: Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
