1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered

1 cup blueberries

1 cup pineapple, chopped

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup mango, diced

1 medium apple, cored and diced

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Begin by preparing all the fruits. Wash the strawberries and blueberries under cold running water. Hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters.

    Peel and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Slice the kiwi and dice the mango, ensuring all fruits are of similar sizes for even mixing.

      Core the apple and cut it into small cubes. If desired, you can leave the skin on for added color and texture.

        In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, mango, and apple.

          Drizzle honey over the mixed fruits if you prefer a touch of sweetness. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture to add a refreshing zing and prevent any fruits from browning.

            Toss gently with a spatula or spoon to combine all ingredients evenly, being careful not to mash the delicate fruits.
