2 teaspoons chili powder (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Salt, to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your grill: Heat your grill to medium-high, about 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chili Butter: In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Grill the corn: Place the husked ears of corn directly on the grill. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and has nice grill marks.

Coat with Chili Butter: Once the corn is grilled to perfection, remove it from the grill and generously brush each ear with the chili butter mixture while it's still hot.

Serve: Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side for that extra zesty touch. Enjoy your deliciously grilled corn!
