Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

12 slider buns

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make the Chicken Patties: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Sliders: Divide the chicken mixture into 12 equal portions, and form each portion into a small patty.

Cook the Patties: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Assemble the Sliders: In a baking dish, lay out the bottom halves of the slider buns. Place a chicken patty on each bun, then spoon marinara sauce over the chicken. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Add the Tops: Place the top halves of the slider buns on each slider. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil to help them crisp up while baking.

Bake the Sliders: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bun tops are golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
