1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup white chocolate chips (or chocolate chips of your choice)

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cream the Cheeses: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and butter. Using an electric mixer, beat them together until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

      Add Sugars & Egg: Gradually add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, beating until fully incorporated. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

          Mix Dry with Wet: Slowly add the dry ingredient mixture to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

            Fold in Extras: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

              Scoop the Cookies: Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop heaping spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a few inches of space between each cookie to allow for spreading.

                Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers may appear slightly soft but will firm up as they cool.
