Ingredients

12 oz penne pasta

1 cup diced salami

1 cup diced ham

1 cup pepperoni slices

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1 cup marinara sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, salami, ham, pepperoni, half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, cherry tomatoes, black olives, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Assemble the Bake: Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil. Pour the pasta mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired before serving.

Enjoy your warm and flavorful Charcuterie Pasta Bake!
