Ingredients

12 oz penne pasta

1 cup diced salami

1 cup diced prosciutto

1 cup cubed cheddar cheese

1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pitted olives (green and black), sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup heavy cream

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced salami, prosciutto, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, olives, cherry tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and fresh basil.

Mix with Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the pasta, then fold in the meat and vegetable mixture until everything is well combined.

Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta bake. If you enjoy a bit of heat, sprinkle red pepper flakes over the cheese.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Cool and Serve: Allow the pasta bake to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with additional fresh basil if desired, then serve warm.
