1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pecan halves, rolled oats, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In a smaller bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

        Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Use a spatula to carefully fold everything together until the dry ingredients are evenly coated with the wet mixture.
