1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 cups cooked jasmine rice or brown rice (for serving)

1 cup frozen corn (no need to thaw)

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Optional: sliced avocado or lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

    Combine Ingredients: In your crockpot, add the cooked turkey, diced bell peppers, onion, minced garlic, frozen corn, and black beans.
