4 medium-sized russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra crunch)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Slice each potato in half lengthwise and then cut each half into 4 wedges. Keep the skin on for added texture and nutrition.

      Season the Wedges: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended. Add the potato wedges and toss until they are evenly coated in the seasoning mix.

        Add Parmesan (Optional): If you’re using grated Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the seasoned potato wedges and toss again to coat evenly.
