4 large russet potatoes

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Leaving the skin on, slice the potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandoline for even slices.

      In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.

        Drizzle the olive oil over the potato rounds and toss to evenly coat.

          Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the potatoes in batches, making sure each slice gets a good coating.

            Arrange the coated potato rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping the rounds halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

                Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes.
