1 pound fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (preferably fresh)

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended for extra crunch)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt (to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper (to taste)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Green Beans: In a large bowl, combine the rinsed and trimmed green beans with olive oil. Toss until they are evenly coated. Be sure to coat each bean well for maximum crispiness.

      Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
