4 ripe peaches, pitted and diced

2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

1 tablespoon honey (adjust according to sweetness preference)

Juice of 1 lime

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of salt
