1 can (15 oz) sweet corn, drained

1 can (4 oz) diced jalapeños (or fresh, finely chopped to taste)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips, for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
