4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

4 cups fresh spinach

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
