1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Cooked rice or pasta, for serving

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
