8 oz (225g) penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets to the boiling water in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
