9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

2 cups ricotta cheese

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Lasagna Noodles: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool.

    Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

      Assemble the Rolls: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take one lasagna noodle and spread about ¼ cup of the chicken filling along its length. Carefully roll the noodle up, starting from one end. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.

        Layer with Alfredo Sauce: In a 9x13-inch baking dish, spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom to prevent sticking. Place the lasagna rolls seam side down in the dish. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the top.

          Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

            Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

              Garnish and Serve: Once baked, allow the rolls to cool for about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
