2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (you can use rotisserie chicken)

1 cup buffalo wing sauce

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mixed cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)

½ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix together the buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and combined.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and sauce. Stir until everything is evenly coated. If you'd like, fold in the blue cheese crumbles for an extra kick of flavor.
