4 cups vegetable broth

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for extra kick)
