Ingredients

2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Pinch of salt

Optional: 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Once combined, use your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

After forming all the balls, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

Once set, roll each ball in powdered sugar until evenly coated. For an optional touch, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the snowballs.

Place the coconut snowballs back on the parchment paper and refrigerate again for 15 minutes to harden the chocolate, if using.

Serve and enjoy your delightful treats, perfect for any occasion!
