1/3 cup baking soda

1 cup warm water

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)

Coarse sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
