¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ cup granola (your choice: gluten-free or regular)

¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Prepare the Apples: Wash and core the apples. Cut them into small bite-sized pieces and place them in a medium mixing bowl.
