Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. You should have a total of about 32 pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Add the biscuit pieces into the cheese mixture. Drizzle the melted butter over the top and gently toss until all the biscuit pieces are well coated in cheese and butter.
Start placing the coated biscuit pieces into the prepared baking dish. You can layer them or simply toss them in randomly; they will pull apart easily once baked.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 22.5 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
While the biscuits are baking, heat the marinara sauce until warm. Once the biscuits are out of the oven, allow them to cool for a few minutes.
Optional: Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve the cheesy pull-apart biscuit bites with warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
