4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup sliced red bell pepper

½ cup sliced red onion

Prepare the Chicken:

    Begin by cleaning the chicken and patting it dry. In a medium bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in this mixture, ensuring they are well covered.

      Cook the Chicken:

        Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, let them rest for a few minutes before slicing them into thin strips.

          Assemble the Wraps:
