Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large flour tortillas

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

¼ cup sour cream (optional, for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Sauté the chicken for about 6-8 minutes, or until fully cooked. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add the Cheese: Reduce the heat to low, and sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the cooked chicken. Stir gently until the cheese is melted and nicely coats the chicken mixture.

      Prepare the Wraps: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon half of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving some space at the edges for folding.

        Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, tucking in the sides as you go to create a neat wrap. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining filling.

          Toast the Wraps (optional): For extra crunch, place the wraps back in the skillet over medium-low heat, seam side down. Toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
