Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Salsa or hot sauce (for serving)

Prepare the Chicken: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a medium bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts, tossing to fully coat them in the garlic marinade.

    Cook the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Once done, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

      Mix the Cheesy Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and softened cream cheese. Stir until thoroughly blended. This cheesy mixture will be the core of your wraps.
