Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking spray or extra melted butter for greasing

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or by brushing it with melted butter.

Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and softened cream cheese. Stir until well mixed and set aside.

Melt Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Cut Biscuit Dough: Open the package of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.

Fill the Biscuits: Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Gather the edges of the biscuit and fold them over the filling, pinching to seal completely.

Coat with Garlic Butter: Dip each filled biscuit in the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated, and place them seam-side down in the greased muffin tin.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Final Touch: Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve Warm: Enjoy your Cheesy Garlic Butter Bombs warm for the best cheesy experience!
