1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

2 cups fresh broccoli florets (or thawed frozen)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (or cream of broccoli for a vegetarian option)

½ cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional for a non-vegetarian version)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prep Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets in a microwave-safe bowl for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Let them cool and chop into bite-sized pieces.

      Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until well blended.

        Combine: Add the fresh broccoli florets, cooked bacon (if using), half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese to the soup mixture. Gently fold the tater tots into the mixture until evenly coated.

          Assemble Casserole: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

            Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole. Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
