Ingredients

2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (for garnish)

Optional: hot sauce, for serving

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3-4 inches in diameter using your hands or a rolling pin.

Fill Biscuits: Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the chicken filling into the center of each flattened biscuit.

Seal Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling to create a sealed ball, pinching the seams to ensure no filling escapes during baking. Repeat with all biscuits.

Brush with Butter: Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops generously with melted butter.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish & Serve: Remove the biscuit bombs from the oven, and sprinkle with dried parsley for garnish. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. If desired, serve with hot sauce for a spicy kick.
