Ingredients

1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced green onions (plus more for garnish)

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/4 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Roll Out Dough: Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface. You will see that it is divided into triangles; pinch the seams together to form a rectangle (this prevents leaking during baking).

Assemble the Bombs: Cut the dough into squares for easier wrapping, approximately 3-4 inches in size. Place a generous spoonful of the buffalo chicken filling in the center of each square.

Wrap the Filling: Bring the corners of the dough up to the center over the filling and pinch to seal tightly. Make sure there are no openings for the filling to escape.

Bake: Place the filled bombs onto the prepared baking sheet seam side down. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray for a golden finish.

Cook: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the bombs are cooked through.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
