Ingredients

1 box of brownie mix (plus ingredients required by the mix, typically eggs, oil, and water)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup caramel sauce

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Brownies:

Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven until set, usually around 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.

      Whip the Cream:

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip it into butter.

          Layer the Cake:

Once the brownies have completely cooled, cut them into squares. In a separate bowl, mix together the mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and chocolate chips.

              Assemble the Layers:

In a large dish or a food-safe container, start layering: place half of the brownie squares at the bottom, then spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the brownies. Sprinkle half of the marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate chip mixture on top.

                  Repeat the Process:

Add another layer of the remaining brownie squares, followed by the rest of the whipped cream mixture. Top with the remaining marshmallow, graham cracker, and chocolate chip mixture. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top for an extra touch of sweetness.

                      Chill:

Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld and the cake set.

                          Serve:

When ready to serve, gently cut into squares. You can sprinkle chopped nuts on top for added texture if desired. Enjoy each chilled slice!
