2 cups cooked broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (or homemade)

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (if using breadcrumbs)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, cooked rice, shredded chicken, 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Stir until everything is well combined.

      Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil.

        Transfer Mixture: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

          Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

            Breadcrumbs (optional): If using breadcrumbs, mix them with olive oil or melted butter in a small bowl until they are well coated, then sprinkle on top of the casserole.

              Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
