1 package of mini sausages (or breakfast sausage links)

1 can of crescent roll dough

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

A sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Crescent Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean, flat surface and separate the dough into triangles.

      Add the Filling: Place a mini sausage at the wide end of each crescent triangle. On top of the sausage, add a small amount of shredded cheddar cheese and a sprinkle of crumbled bacon. If you like, add a tiny dab of Dijon mustard or drizzle some maple syrup for a sweet-savory flavor.

        Roll Them Up: Starting from the wide end, carefully roll the crescent triangle around the sausage and fillings, ensuring the fillings are enclosed. Pinch the ends to seal.
