1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional for extra flavor)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for dipping

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

    Stir in the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly mixed.

      Fold in the drained Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon (if using) until all ingredients are well incorporated.

        Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
