Ingredients

1 cup mini marshmallows

4 graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark)

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

Powdered sugar, for dusting

Optional: vanilla ice cream, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and chocolate chips. Mix well and set aside.

Form the Bombs: Take a biscuit dough round and flatten it out into a circle (about 3 inches in diameter). Place about a tablespoon of the s'mores filling in the center. Carefully wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal. Roll into a ball. Repeat with all biscuit dough rounds.

Heat the Oil: In a deep frying pan, pour enough oil (about 2-3 inches deep) to fry the bombs. Heat the oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (180°C).

Fry the Bombs: Gently add 2-3 s'mores bombs at a time to the hot oil. Fry them for about 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Finishing Touches: Once fried, dust the warm s'mores bombs with powdered sugar. Serve immediately, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side for an extra indulgent experience.
