Baked Ranch Chicken and Broccoli

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish with non-stick spray or olive oil.

    Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.

      Combine Dressing and Cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well incorporated.

        Coat the Chicken: Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts in the greased baking dish. Pour the ranch cheese mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.

          Add Broccoli: Scatter the fresh broccoli florets around and on top of the chicken in the baking dish.
