1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained and flaked

1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise, if preferred)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of romaine lettuce, leaves separated

Cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, flesh of the avocado, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped celery, chopped red onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

    Mash and Mix: Using a fork, mash the avocado and mix everything together until well combined. Adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lemon juice to taste.
